Orosei is nestled in the valley of the Cedrino River, located 2 km away from the sea (Marina di Orosei) on the eastern coast of Sardinia.
Its territory includes a 15 km coastal stretch where beaches (Marina di Orosei, Su Barone, Osala, Cala Ginepro, Sas Linnas Siccas, Sa Curcurica, Biderosa) and steep cliffs overlooking the Gulf of Orosei alternate.
The Olbia airport and port are approximately a 1-hour drive away.
Orosei serves as an excellent base for excursions inland (the nuragic village of Tiscali, the Su Gorroppu gorge, the murals of Orgosolo).
The property is located in the historic center of Orosei, and all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, churches and monuments, viewpoint) are easily accessible on foot. The cycling path starts just 30 meters from the property, as well as the charming embankment of the Cedrino River, closed to car traffic, which can be reached by bike in 5 minutes and leads to the beach of Marina di Orosei.
